Hi Everyone! I just released a self-published vegan cookbook for your love life! I’ve been writing articles about health and wellness for nearly a decade now and have always wanted to create a fun little book to help spread the word about the fabulousness of a vegan lifestyle. What better way to do that, than with a sexual spin?! I wanted to share a few recipes from the book and hope that you will all check it out and spread the word to your loved ones! Happy eating & loving! -Aimee

Acai Berry, the Siren

She is one of the healthiest little berries on the planet as well as one of the most seductive. Hailing from deep within the Amazon rainforest in Brazil, the captivating femme fatale of South America, she will lure you with her feminine antioxidant power and amino acid goodness. Her sexual prowess includes, but is not limited to: increasing blood circulation in the body, which contributes to a sex drive boost, especially in the male species. She promises increased sexual energy and optimal sexual performance.

Brazilian Femme Fatale Smoothie (p. 22)

I love starting the day with a smoothie filled with superfood nutrients. This is a great one to enjoy often, if not daily!

This acai elixir is packed with nutrients to support your body, mind and spirit…sex organs, too!

Sexy players: acai, strawberries, bananas, dates, vanilla, maca, sexy spices

1 (3 1/2 -ounce) package Sambazon frozen Acai, 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks, 1 banana, 2 T fresh ginger root, chopped, 2 T unsweetened shredded coconut, 1 T raw sunflower seeds, 1 T raw cashews, 1 T flaxseeds, 3 Medjool dates, seeded and torn into pieces, stevia, to taste,  1 t pure vanilla extract, 1 t maca powder, dash of cinnamon, 2 cups water, 1 cup ice.

Let all ingredients reside in your blender for a short time. Blend thoroughly. Serve your baby. Sip mindfully & with great pleasure.

And did you get what
you wanted from this life, even so?
I did.
And what did you want?
To call myself beloved, to feel myself
beloved on the earth.

-Raymond Carver

Pan’s Potent Acai Power Bowl (p.123)

Instead of buying a sugar-laden pint of ice cream this weekend, add this to your repertoire of special treats!

Surprise your sweetie with this sexy superfood dessert and you may find yourself strapped beneath the sheets!

Sexy players: acai, strawberries, maca, chia, vanilla, banana

1 ( 3 ½ ounce) package Sambazon frozen Acai

1 cup frozen, organic strawberries

1 t maca powder

1 t chia seeds

1 T raw honey

¼ cup granola

¼ cup almond milk

¼ t pure vanilla extract

¼ cup banana chips

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Love is the cheapest of religions.

– Cesare Pavese

Amazon Princess Martini (p.141)

I love having a few drinks over the weekend with my boyfriend. This is one of our favorites J

Martinis are one of the sexiest cocktails on Earth. A little spirit urges our sexual juices to flow. A lot of spirit dulls them. Drink in moderation for good prana to flow freely to your territories d’amour.

Sexy players: acai, citrus

2 T acai powder

4 oz. organic vodka

lots of honey or a little agave nectar

juice of 2 lemons

In a cocktail shaker or glass, whisk the acai    powder, honey and lemon juice. Let sit for fifteen minutes. Add vodka to the mix, shake and serve in Martini glasses, if you have them. If not, any vessel will do the trick.

This was originally published at Elephant Journal.
