Auld Lang Syne…

        [source]

Dear readers,

As 2011 draws to a close, I hope you are feeling blissful. And if you’re not feeling blissful, I hope you’re feeling content. And if not content, I deeply hope you are feeling hopeful for better tomorrows in the new year.

I am a dreadfully nostalgic person, and so the new year always comes with lots of reflecting. Lots of feelings. Feeling feelings is so heavy sometimes, you know?

But it can also be quite lovely. And I try to hold on to those lovely times over the heavy ones. (Although sometimes they are one in the same, n’est pas?)

Wherever you are for these last days of the year, I wish you the happiest of beginnings for 2012.

I am quite busy during these holiday travels, but am VERY excited to return in January to give you recipes and report-backs from my bi-annual detox cleanse! The CLEAN program, which is the detox plan I follow most closely, is what got me started in this world of health and wellness, and I really am just so happy to be able to share this 21 day cleanse with all of you. It changed my life, perhaps it can change yours too!

Happy hearts, friends. And much, much love. <3

Oh friend, I totally know what you mean about nye, it is definitely that time of year where I get super emo and play nostalgic music and make lists and all that stuff :)

And that calendar? I bought the new one for myself…many months ago hehe. Never too early to have some Nikki McClure in the house, am I right?

    Hope you have a wonderful 2012 <3

When I happy, I often wonder how I can take these things for granted and get sad, but then in the darker times, it’s just hard to think about all the wonderful things! It’s complicated sometimes, but it sounds like you’ve got a great handle on perspective :)

    Happy New Year, girl!
