This page will be a record of some of my weekly workouts. My two primary fitness passions are HIIT-style workouts and yoga. I do enjoy running, boxing, and longer-duration weight training on occasion, but the combination of HIIT and yoga make me feel amazing and seem to work best for my body.
The best thing about HIIT? It’s FREE! I’m pretty adamantly dedicated to figuring out how fitness, clean eating, and healthy living in general can be accessible to everyone, not just those of us with disposable income and/or the time to devote to workouts. I’ll post the HIIT routines (and some other internet workouts) so you can see my favorite sites, all full of FREE heart-pumping exercises!
And although I do most of my yoga practice at a studio, there are certainly plenty of free yoga videos online too! Please Note: I’m not a certified fitness instructor, but I am a licensed yoga teacher. Although it’s always best to check with a doctor about your workout levels, I am happy to provide insight with the tools I have from training, and general fitness nerdom. :)
